When people need to buy or sell a home, it’s frequently because of a transition in their lives, whether positive, negative, or just neutral.   I’ve worked with people in all types of change, and removing stress from complexity is crucial.  My experience and dedication to my customers makes the process as easy as possible.  

Regardless of the type of transition, my laser focus and level of service is the same:  based on their needs, following up and communicating, attention to detail, and turnkey service is what they receive.  While buying and/or selling can be very stressful, my goal is to help you reach your goal, in the most stress-free way possible.

My Chapel Hill experience began at UNC-CH where I graduated with a BA in Speech Communications and I just never left! 

Originally from Winston-Salem, when my siblings and I went to college, my mother became an award-winning, record-breaking Realtor.  Her success demonstrated the “farm-girl” work ethic she learned growing up as 1 of 9 kids!  She taught us that hard, dedicated work and care for people was the only way to live, much less the way to be successful.

My sales and marketing career began at the Village Companies (WCHL, Village Advocate, and University Directories) which gave me a customer and community-focused foundation. I also served as the Marketing Director of A Southern Season, a Real Estate Specialist at Citysearch.com, and a Senior Pharmaceutical Rep at Johnson & Johnson.

My family is a blessing with hubby Andy (also a Realtor), Alexander 33, Andrew 28, 3 cats, and 13 egg-laying chickens.  (I do share the bounty, when possible.)  I love the people that I work with, including my clients and my Realtor family.  Your referrals and recommendations are heart-warming compliments, because pleasing customers, and people is what I’m all about….
